Reflet d'Obione is a gastronomic restaurant in the heart of the Écusson district of Montpellier. Since 2021 it has held a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, along with the "Table remarquable" distinction from Gault&Millau and the Three Tables Écotable label. Led by chef Laurent Cherchi, it offers a contemporary culinary journey through Occitanie — from the Larzac plateaus and the Cévennes mountains to the garrigue hills, the Camargue lagoons, and the Mediterranean coast — inviting guests to travel through the region's terroir.

The cooking here is a "cuisine de conscience," championing sustainable, healthy, and nourishing gastronomy with a close connection between nutrition, health, and the human body. Chef Cherchi works with animal sauces and plant extractions, punctuated by condiments and cooking methods rooted in local tradition, using superb regional produce — house eggs from Maison Trébuchon, trout from the Ferme de Condax, lamb from Aveyron, vegetables from nearby gardens, and seafood from the Mediterranean coast. Alongside the protein-based menus, a fully alkaline ovo-lacto vegetarian or vegan menu is available at both lunch and dinner, with gluten-free options too.

The experience ranges from a three-course lunch (around €60) up to immersive multi-course tasting menus (roughly €95 to €135), with an à la carte option as well. These can be paired with "living" wines from growers who farm organically, biodynamically, or naturally, or with non-alcoholic pairings that include house creations. Run by Laurent Cherchi and his partner and director Adèle Escafit, the restaurant is driven by a clear vision: to spark reflection on how we eat, support food education for the young, and share and pass on knowledge.
