Leclère

restaurant

Leclère is the restaurant of chef Guillaume Leclère, awarded a Michelin Star in 2026. Its heart is "cuisine d'arrivage" — a spontaneous, market-driven approach that uses whatever fresh produce is at hand to express the kitchen's creativity to the fullest. The result is cooking that changes with the day's best ingredients, making each visit a little different and full of discovery.

The experience is built around tasting menus that follow this same philosophy. At lunch, served Thursday to Saturday, there's a five-course "Arrivage" menu (around €62), which can be paired with three glasses of wine (about €35). At dinner, served Tuesday to Saturday, the journey extends to a seven-course menu (around €92), with an optional four-glass wine pairing (about €45).

It all adds up to a refined yet personal dining experience, where the chef's instinct and the rhythm of fresh arrivals guide a creative, ever-evolving menu.
