The Orpheas folk troupe performs Greek folk dances and melodies while herbalist Maureen Wilhelm presents plants associated with the Greek gods through a sensory smell-test activity, held free outdoors at 350 Place Royale in Old Montréal.

On Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 1 pm to 4 pm, the Family Sundays on the Pointe series presents an afternoon combining Greek folk dance and sensory herbalism, outdoors at 350 Place Royale, Old Montréal.

The Orpheas folk troupe takes the stage to perform traditional Greek folk dances and melodies.

Herbalist Maureen Wilhelm guides visitors through a sensory smell-test activity centred on plants historically associated with the Greek gods.

Entry is free. The programme is part of Summer on the Pointe 2026 and ties into the museum's Heroes of Greece exhibition and the 325th anniversary of the Great Peace.
