Taken over in 2018, this artisan Italian gelato shop keeps its original spirit while letting one passion guide everything: the love of real flavor. Inspired by pure Italian tradition, every recipe puts taste first and highlights top-quality ingredients — the smoothness of Piedmont hazelnuts, the finesse of premium pistachio, and fresh, carefully chosen seasonal fruit, all without artificial colors or unnecessary flavorings.
Everything is made by hand in small batches in the shop's own laboratory, the creative heart of the house, where each flavor is imagined, tested, and perfected before reaching the counter.
